Positive: The property is very well located, close to the city center, restaurants, and shops, and only about a 10–15 minute walk to the beach. The host is kind and welcoming, but communication is quite challenging since she doesn’t speak any English. The terrace is very large and nice.

Negative: The facilities are very basic: the furniture is old, and there’s no hot water in the kitchen. The access from town involves a steep uphill walk, which can be tiring. Communication is limited with the host because of the language barrer and it’s difficult to ask for information or tips about the area. The TV has only 8 local channels. Towels and bed linen are not changed during the stay, and bathroom supplies (soap, shower gel) are not replenished.
