Positive: Property was excellent, exceeded our expectations! Was laid out of two floors, bedrooms and bathrooms were on first floor and living room, kitchen, dining and balcony were on second floor. Everything you needed was provided! Apartment is situated on a main road, which allows direct access to the beach via stairs. Smaller bedroom could be a little noisy when sleeping when the window was open (but luckily I had earplugs)! Location of Apartment was great for us, it was end of season but still restaurants open for a short while if you walked down to beach and along either way (host gave us some great restaurant recommendations, most of which we tried and were completely satisfied). Apartment is situated half hour from Split centre and half hour from Omis by bus. Owner sent us bus map and time tables and they ran (regularly) on the hour and half hour. If you paid on the bus then to Split was 2.50€ pp each way and to Omis 3€ pp. You can get a day, three day or seven day bus pass. If we were looking to stay in the area again we would definitely choose this apartment. Views, facilities and host (Stipe) were very good!

Negative: It was all good. Apartment would not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with walking difficulties (because of the stairs).
