Positive: Nice apartment. Very helpful representative of the houselord.

Negative: First night we had to spend in the apartment next to the building entrance, where the air-conditiong didn't work and in general renovation of the apartment is badly needed. Once we moved to another apartment in the 1st floor all was great.
