Positive: 1. Boris' apt is in the very center of Brna. It's literally 50 meters from the sea 2. You can freely park your below on the street or alternatively on the upper street 3. Absolutely wonderful terrace with a panoramic sea view. On the terrace you have: a coffee table with 2 arm-chairs; a dining table with four chairs; 2 full sunbeds. You can even sleep there at night when the weather permits 4, Mr. Boris, his daughter Karmen and their whole family are very nice and helpful

Negative: 1. We particularly did not like the bathroom. It's small, narrow and wash basin is hard to use because it's very small as well. 2. Eating out in Croatia can be pricey for a family which means cooking at home. Which in turn means a lot of dirty dishes to wash so having a washing machine would be great :) 3. Replacing TV unit with a modern Smart-TV would be fine
