Positive: This was our second time staying at Apartments Baro. The peaceful setting in the quiet village and view from the terrace are what keep us coming back. Both times we've been met and assisted to enter by Frano who is exceptionally kind and helpful! All my questions and inquiries prior to arriving were answered so graciously by Andrea. Because we had a longer stay we requested a change of bed linens and towels which were provided midway in our stay with a very large bar of chocolate ;) We love enjoying our morning coffee watching the view of the open sea and spending evenings watching the sunset. The view is truly breathtaking! The apartment is the perfect size for two people. The apartment and furnishings are basic but tolerably comfortable, and everything essential is provided. If you're somewhat of a homebody even on vacation, and in search of peace and quiet with a breathtaking view, this is the place for you! We look forward to returning!

Negative: Somethings are a bit sparse....just a few dishes and cutlery, clothes hangers, soaps, etc. Unfortunately some bed slats were broken and we did not find the mattress very comfortable, though this comes down a lot to personal preference....we like supportive and firm. Furniture could be more functional for storage, hooks in the hallway, shoe rack, some sort of shelf in the shower for toiletries, etc. It's a great place with what you need but could benefit from some updating, refreshing and a few more small, thoughtful touches for travelers to be even closer to perfect.
