Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: What first looked like a student' studio near the river and Visoko old town centre, revealed itself to be quite a confortable self-contained place with a separate sleeping room and a sealed-in entrance to keep the cold out. Al.ost everything you need is contained here and the lack of views is easily compensated by the 4 seasons forest themed wallpapers.

Negative: Frankly speaking, the kitchen amenaces and utensils were a bit spartan ( considering msny apartments and hostels provide tea, coffee, Peppers and herbs to cook and a complete arrayanes of cooking utensils. Due to the minimal size of the kitchen I can understand emphasis was not put on this essential part of the lodgings. World for me was the TV unavailibility, with all instrucciones in Bosnian language it proved impossible for me to figure out the channels and I had very little to enliven those cold solitary nights during my 4 days stay, in spite of the presence of a large flat screen TV. But this brings us to the main point that somewhat spolied a satisfying stay in wondeful Visoko town. Right from the first phone call upon my arrival, I had to deal with a rather brisk, busy and hurried Man who could not respond, but even listen to my needs and requests, which were not many and all within reason's limits. Instead of that, the above mentionned person could only rather crudely demand payment although he was both times unable to provide small change and angry about it Hence, no offer to figure out the TV or ease anything, but an initial "You will not meet me anymore", which wasn't correct either, since he untimely showed up in the middle of my departure preparations, seemingly in the same bad mood. No hard feelings though, however. Improved communication skills may result in better business overall and does miracles in relieving stress and sleep, digestive disrupted patterns, if I may give a personal advice.

Summary: A rather pleasant stay in wondrous Visoko, spmewhat spoiled by poor communication skills
