Positive: The apartment was big and comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, the view from the balcony was incredible, the host was very kind and helpful, she even gave as home made elderberry syrup, she even allowed us to check out later if needed.

Negative: It wasn't very clean, the drain in the shower was a bit congested.
