Positive: The Rooms Roza apartment is very clean and overall gives a like-new impression, as if it had been recently renovated. Particularly positive are the excellent location near the wide coastal area of Peroj with plenty of swimming opportunities, as well as the private parking space directly at the apartment. The host is also friendly, helpful, and always easily reachable via WhatsApp.

Negative: One star is deducted, however, due to the soundproofing of the doors and the rather limited room amenities. There is no media system or TV, and no cooking facilities in the room– at least a kettle would have been convenient. On the positive side, there is an alternative cooking option in a separate building with a veranda. A bit inconvenient is also the lack of a table or other storage surfaces in the room.

Summary: All in all, it is a very nice apartment in a great location with a friendly host
