Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Quiet, comfortable, large, modern apartment about 10 minutes drive from Piran parking garage. Comfortable bed. Large terrace for outside lounging or dining. Nice view of adjacent green space. Good Wi-Fi. Plenty of dishware and pots and pans in kitchen, along with cooktop, oven, microwave. Host will meet you on the sidewalk in front of the building and give you key card to park in excellent underground garage. One block from well-stocked Mercator supermarket.

Negative: Air conditioning did not work, but it was cool in the evening and morning, so we opened the windows. Hot water was off, but we eventually managed to figure out how to turn it on using Google Translate to decipher the Slovenian control pad. No kettle in kitchen, but we boiled water in a pot on the cooktop. No toaster, but we used the broiler in the oven to toast bread.

Summary: Good choice for Piran, especially if you need an elevator and parking
