Positive: First, we were picked up at the airport. Very nice drive to the apartment where it was made very clear that if we needed help with anything or had any questions, he was just a message away. The apartment is modern, clean, feels "home-y", and has everything you could possibly need. I've legit never seen this much equipment anywhere I've stayed; kitchen had everything, oven was brand new, there were plenty of cleaning supplies, towels, toilet paper, etc. A box of slippers, DVD's (for kid and adults), even puzzles. All the info you could end up needing was in a box and on a chalkboard (everything from emergency numbers to the best restaurant nearby). The beds were excellent. Lots of space in the wardrobe. I was initially worried about the lack of AC but the blackout shades keep the apartment super cool and it was no problem sleeping. It's a very quiet neighborhood but only a 5-6 min walk down to the Sebilj. We were really pleasantly surprised and I can't recommend this place enough (:
