Positive: excellent location and friendly owner

Negative: There was recent water damage to the ceiling from the apartment above which made the whole place damp and smell like mildew. While this was not the fault of the owner, this place should not have been rented until completely fixed or, at the very least, we should have been informed when booking and offered a significant discount. Honestly, had we known, we would have booked elsewhere. Also, the washing machine and TV did not work.

Summary: We were happy with the location but would have preferred a place that didn’t smell and wasn’t damp.
