Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The house was amazing. Spacious, clean, lots of light and lots of amenities. Amazing nature around and quiet. The cats outside made our stay so pleasant.

Negative: We rated 5 and not 10 JUST because of the following: 1.- the host had a 30+ demanding rules not described in booking.com and even if you follow them nicely, she will not be satisfied with them. 2.- the host is pushy, she entered the apartment once without knocking. If you don't reply her messages on Whatsapp(which are at least 4 per day), she knocks the door and doesn't respect your privacy. 3.- The apartment is yours, but she wants to enter for washing clothes, for watering plants, etc. so it seems more like you are sharing with her the place 4.- there are specific hours for turning on the heater, and if she notices that it's turned on a couple of minutes after the time range, she will turn off the heater without telling you (it's her desire to save electricity but not make you comfortable) 5.- you can discuss every issue in good manners and try her to learn from guest's perspective, but she will not understand and will continue crossing boundaries or making new rules for the apartment to be perfect. 6.- we don't want to mention more, but you get the picture. Note: if you are staying longer, she might be nice to you and offer food for free or walks, but watch out for her real intentions.
