Positive: Everything was superb. Matejka, the host is super nice and welcoming. The apartment is spacious (we were a family of five and was super comfortable), very clean and neat with beautiful views to the sea. (Just like on the photos.) The apartment is well equipped - the rooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room - everything. The host was always available and helpful. The pool is sweet and clean the area around the house, the garden, the terraces are also very tidy. We could even have fresh salad directly from the garden and Matejka's aronia liqueur is also very nice. :) Wifi is strong and always available. The apartment is out of Lovran up in the hills (5-10 minutes drive from the city center), but for us this was not a problem, we did not want a seaside place. And the views are truly stunning. (Pro tip: If you drive from the direction of Opatija, do not believe google navigations as it will take you through very narrow and steep streets totally unnecessarily. Drive into Lovran and take the wider and more comfortable road to the apartment.)

Negative: There was nothing we did not like.
