It's located on the ground floor of the modern house.
Long small pebble beach is less than 1 min walking from the apartment.
Apartment is very comfortable with 95 m2 size, plus large 50 m2 patio.
Master bedroom have one comfortable double bed and its own bathroom with shower.
Second bedroom has cozy double bed and living room has one comfy sofa bed sleeping two people.
Patio has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your meal. You can also use outside fireplace in the yard of the house shared with our second apartment.
Living room has a big smart 47” LCD TV with satellite channels and air condition unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, microwave, big fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.
Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.
We have a free parking spot in the yard of the house.

This apartment is less than 1 min walking from the small pebble beach.
Kastel Luksic is one of the seven Kastel's between Trogir and Split.
The town is settled in a very rich flatland and in it you can see many cultural monuments such as the church of St. John Birnj, the Vitturi castle which holds the city museum, the Our Lady of the Assumption church, the Vitturi park, Kastel Tataglia and others.
Beaches of the Kastela region combine into a 6km long string of bays and bathing areas which are shaded by pine trees and tamaris.
Every year from July 1st to august 31st, the “Kaštela Cultural Summer” festivities are held which consists of 60 different events: theatre plays, photography exhibits, popular and classical music concerts, folklore, sports competitions and various fishing and hunting festivities.
Kastel Luksic is reccomended for a quiet vacation and the vicinity of Split, the tourist metropolis of Central Dalmatia and Trogir, medieval pearl guarantee all kinds of fun and numerous historical and interesting places where you can go during the day or in the evening.
