The villa was built in 2011 and underwent its complete renovation in 2022. It is built in a contemporary style and offers its guests 700 m2 of living space and 1000 m2 of the total property. It is 1 km away from the nearest beach 'Pliša' where you will enjoy the clean and clear sea and explore the depths of the sea with family or friends. Villa Lea can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 16 people who, on the upper floor of the villa, will be arranged in 8 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers. On the upper floor, there is also a balcony with a sitting area where you will surely enjoy your morning coffee while reading your favourite reading material.
You will prepare delicious meals for the whole family in a modern kitchen with a bar and two bar seats, and there is a dining room with a dining table and a spacious living room that includes a corner sofa, coffee table, TV, fireplace, and stools. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
In the basement of Villa Lea is a tavern with summer cuisine, which is a real Dalmatian example of a place where the whole family and best friends gather, and who enjoy a few glasses of wine and delicious food until late at night.
The outdoor terrace will leave you breathless: a heated pool of 62 m2 and a depth of 1.6 metres, 16 sun loungers, and an outdoor covered dining table with seats. There is also a charcoal or wood grill where you can prepare delicious traditional dishes.
Additional facilities that you will be able to use in Villa Lea are a washing machine and iron, and if necessary there is also a feeder and a baby cot.
Children will be able to have fun on the trampoline or ride bicycles, and the yard is large enough for children to play and have fun carefree.
