The house is surrounded by pine trees and is located on a beautiful gravel beach. From the terrace next to the house, you have a beautiful view of the bay. Away from the noise of the city, it is ideal for total relaxation. You can prepare delicious seafood on your domestic grill and taste and enjoy in addition to the high quality of Hvar's wines. The interior and exterior are a combination of Dalmatian rustic tradition and a modern installation. The car park that belongs to the house is about 100 m away. The beach in front of the house is not a private beach and is used in summer by other visitors. The island of Hvar is accessible by a ferry from Split to Stari Grad. The city of Hvar also has a marina, but it is accessible only without a car.
