On fully enclosed property it offers to the guests a saltwater pool, volleyball/badminton court, swing, covered summer kitchen with fireplace and seating area and parking for several vehicles. The house also has a gym with fitness equipment. Nearby, a hiking trail passes all the way to the Sopot waterfall. This region is known for its many hiking and cycling trails, an ideal place for nature and sports lovers who want to explore Istria.
