Villa Bellavista is a newly built detached house located on its 4.500 sqm private property at the edge of the village Markovac, 14 km from Porec and 11 km from the sea.
The house was built in the year 2014 in an elevated position offering a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the picturesque towns on the coast – Porec, Vrsar and Novigrad. On the enclosed property the guests of the house have use of parking for two cars, two covered terraces, a covered terrace with grill and large table located in the garden, private swimming pool with sunbeds and shower, table tennis and table football as well as a private mountain-bike trail.
The owner – Mr. Peter Poletti, a famous Istrian wine producer lives in the neighbouring house.

The house consists of the living area with stunning panoramic sea view, kitchen, dining table, sofa and access to the terrace with dining facilities, one bedroom for two with double bed and shower/toilet, one bedroom for two with separate beds and shower/toilet, one bedroom for two with shower/toilet, and additional bed and terrace with garden furniture, plus a separate toilet.
