Villa Baraka is a newly built house with a private pool (27 sqm) located in Central Istria - Kanfanar.. The house can accommodate up to 8 persons. The ground floor features a spacious living room connected with dining room and a kitchen which is equipped with numerous cooking appliances such as gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and many others. Furthermore, a bedroom with a double bed with its private bathroom is located on the ground floor where you can find an inner staircase which lead to a gallery with two single beds. Other two bedrooms along with two private bathrooms are located on the first floor. Outside, the guests can enjoy in a private swimming pool and in a summer kitchen where the guests can hang out and grill their favourite meals. The property is fully air-conditioned and it offers 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
