Villa Daus is a lovely newly built holiday house located on the edge of the picturesque village Grobnik in green Inneristria. The village Grobnik has only a few houses and is situated on a hill with beautiful view of the forest hills and partly of the sea in the Kvarner Gulf.
The specialty of the Villa Daus is that the owners are also agricultural producers who can deliver the guests (at extra cost) organically produced agricultural products from their own farm, and the house also has natural spring water of exceptional quality. The house was built 2015 and with its position and furnishing provides the guests a truly peaceful holiday in the untouched nature. On enclosed property of approx. 900 sqm offers the villa Daus to the guests a swimming pool of 24 sqm with sun chairs and shower, covered terrace with barbecue and dining table with a beautiful view, children playground and parking space for 2 vehicles.
Villa Daus for 4-6 guests with a total living area of 65 sqm on two floors. The house consists of ground floor with an air-conditioned living space and equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed for two children and shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with double bed and private shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
