Rooms Vila Medena are located near Slovenian-Croatian border. In Vila there are 11 rooms. The rooms are different. You can stay just to overnight to take a break from the long drive or you can stay longer to enjoy countryside and relax a little bit. Guests can make a reservation for a bunk bedroom, a family room or a triple room. We provide you with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shampoos and in the bathroom you can also use the hairdryer.
BEDROOM:
There is one bunk bed and one double bed for four guests.
BATHROOM:
In the bathroom there is a toilet, a shower and a hair dryer.
BALCONY:
There is one balcony that all guests can use it.
Rooms Vila Medena is located near the amazing town Brežice, only 9 kilometres away from Terme Čatež - the biggest thermal riviera in Slovenia.
In addition to traditional museums (e.g. the Brežice Posavski Regional Museum), there are also many smaller museum collections, archives and historic houses that can be found in Brežice and the surrounding areas. Most of them are aimed at promoting old farm and artisan traditions, preserving the memory of important historical figures in the area, and the preservation and revitalisation of valuable history in general.
The Municipality of Brežice has a 130-year-old rafting tradition. The Mostec Tourist Association revived the tradition by transporting tourists via traditional ferry. Visitors are daily transported across the Sava River from Terme Čatež to the village of Mostec and back.

The latter version can also include a small snack and more information about the history of sailing. You can combine the trip with a visit to the pleasant and homely village of Mostec, eat something in the nearby restaurants and see the Church of St. Fabian and Sebastian. The ferry operates all year round as long as the water level is suitable.
