Complex villa Estate di Pasqual 1 & Estate di Pasqual 2 is located in Zmijavci, near the town of Imotski, and is the right choice for all those who want a luxury vacation playing tennis or golf, and enjoying a sauna or jacuzzi!
This complex has 800 m2 of living space and 2600 m2 of total property! There will be no lack of space for socializing and playing, and the youngest will enjoy the open yard. Villas offer accommodation for a maximum of 20 people. You can use ten bedrooms that include ten en suite bathrooms with showers, and two separate toilets.
Take the opportunity to exercise in as many as two gyms, two saunas, two jacuzzis. Two modern kitchens with two dining areas are also available. Then, there are two living rooms equipped with a TV, corner sofas, coffee tables, and two fireplaces.
On the outdoor terraces, you will enjoy luxurious refreshments in as many as two heated pools of 78 m2 and 60 m2, and next to them you will sunbathe on 24 deck chairs. The features of both pools are hydrolysis and that they are overflow pools. There are also two outdoor grills on the terraces.
Entertainment facilities at your fingertips include two billiards, water slides, a children's playground, and a PlayStation.
Next to the villa, there is a large tennis court and a golf course. Outside the yard, there are three parking spaces!
