Holiday home with pool and air conditioning
The holiday home, built in 1941 and renovated in 2009 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location.
For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.
Lage
Veprinac, 300 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 3000 sqm, open garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
On the same grounds there cottages are KVA OPA 161 (2 people), KVA OPA 162 (4 persons) and KVA OPA 163 (5 persons).
The access goes via a path (asphalted). Parking lot on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 70 m).,

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. In the open kitchen is a wood stove. Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (diameter 4 m, depth 1.30 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the beginning of October. The private pool (4 x 1,20 m) directly in the garden is intended exclusively for guests of the DRAGA house. Guests of the Draga house can also use the larger (shared) pool (8 x 4 x 1.30 m) on a larger lawn.

Bedroom (15 sqm) with 2 single beds, 1 additional bed (only suitable for children under the year of 11) and 1 crib. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and TV. Cooking nook in the living room with access to the terrace, electric stove (2 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine.
