Katarina we have a well-equipped shop, massage parlor, and from the locals you can buy local products and wines of our family Benazić.We have kept the characteristics of a traditional Istrian house as much as possible, which are also functional. Our house is the oldest in the hamlet of Benići and dates from the 18th century. You enter a spacious living room - dining room with a traditional Istrian fireplace. There is a massive table with chairs for 6 people, a comfortable sofa, TV and a part where you can enjoy a selection of our wines and local products. From the living room you enter the kitchen which is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, mini oven, toaster, coffee maker, stove, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The house has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom in the attic with 2 single beds and 1 double. The bathroom is fully equipped and has a shower. You also have a washing machine and WI FI available.Our house is in a row and the garden of approximately 500 m2 can be reached directly from the house - by stairs or side access. Behind the house is free parking for two cars. On the green surface of the stone is a gazebo with sitting furniture and a stone barbecue with a stone sink.
